Meet Diletta

She/Her

I’m a neurodivergent, queer, polyamorous, trauma survivor and a coach who is learning to live unmasked.

I’m expanding my coaching practice by training in neurodiversity coaching and hippotherapy, adding new tools to the knowledge, experience and care that already guide my work.

Being a multipotentialite, I lived many lives. The red thread through them all has been a steady heartbeat: showing up for others and nudging things toward better. I have a PhD in criminal law and spent years working as an international criminal lawyer, defending both victims of atrocity and those accused of it. Through that work, I saw the depths of human resilience, and the pain of being unseen. And I’ve understood that my survival often looks like draining adaptation. What most shaped me is the lived experience of moving through rigid, high-stakes and stressful systems as a neurodivergent, queer person—and the cost of camouflaging and masking to fit them.

My own turning point came during burnout, which cracked something open in me. I was done pretending. The answers came slowly, and then all at once: ADHD. Autistic. Gifted. The diagnosis wasn’t a box—it was a key. It helped me understand why I’d always felt different, and how those differences could become strengthsI started reclaiming parts of myself I’d long been taught to hide. It wasn’t easy. But it made sense. And it changed everything.

This path taught me not only how to reclaim myself, but also how to support others who are on similar journeys. The tools, insights and compassion I gained through my journey now guide the way I hold space for clients who want to live more authentically.

My Practice

Each way of being—neurodivergent, queer or otherwise—is a unique expression of humanity’s richness and depth. Neurodivergence and queerness are not problems to fix, but powerful ways of being—rich with complexity, strength and insight. They deserve space, support and celebration.

My approach blends coaching, education, trauma-informed care and the latest research in neurodiversity and neuroscience. This is science-backed support grounded in deep humanity.

I work with children, teens and adults seeking to understand themselves and looking for support doing that. Many of my clients are neurodivergent (autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, gifted) queer (LGBTQIA+, non-monogamous), late-identified or questioning who they are. Others come to me because they are navigating burnout, trauma, emotional regulation, relationship challenges, high-pressure/high-responsibility environments or identity shifts. Here, you’ll find support to stop shrinking, start asking for what you need and live more fully as yourself.

This is space where you don’t have to over-explain. I get it.

I’m here to hold space, offer tools and walk beside you as you reclaim what’s yours

If this resonates with you, I’d love to connect.
