  • ADHD: Focused on You

You’ve been called disorganised, inconsistent, too scattered—or maybe not living up to your potential. But you’re not lazy. You’re tired. Tired of trying to squeeze into a system that was never designed for your brain.

ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder) is a neurodevelopmental variation that affects focus, motivation and regulation—not a lack of attention, but a different way of managing it.

This journey is a space to understand how (your) ADHD brain works, dismantle shame and build structures that honour your energy and interests.

    We’ll explore:

How ADHD looks like across the lifespan

    Characteristics of (your) ADHD brain

    Common experiences, including:

    - Executive functioning (e.g. difficulty with planning, time blindness and transitions)

    - Emotional regulation (e.g. rejection sensitivity, lingering emotions and overwhelm)

    - Attention and focus (e.g. inconsistent focus, distractibility and constant thoughts spirals)

    - Energy and motivation (e.g. fluctuating energy, paralysis and all-or-nothing cycles of productivity)

    - Self-concept and social experience (e.g. internalised shame, masking and camouflaging)

    - Sensory and nervous system (e.g. sensory overwhelm and difficulty unwinding).

Practical tools and strategies to support focus, regulation and self-trust, without trying to force a neurotypical model.

  • Autism: From Surviving to Thriving

You’ve been called too much, too intense, too rigid—or maybe too quiet, too distant, too sensitive. But you’re not broken. You’re wired differently. You’ve spent a lifetime adapting to a world that overwhelms, misunderstands or overlooks you.

Autism (Autism Spectrum Disorder – ASD) is a neurodevelopmental variation that shapes how you process information, relate to others and experience the world. It’s not a flaw—it’s a different way of being, often hidden under years of coping and camouflage.

This journey is a space to explore your autistic traits, reconnect with your sensory and emotional truth and reimagine what thriving could look like on your terms.

    We’ll explore:

How Autism can show up across the lifespan

Characteristics of (your) autistic brain and sensory profile

    Common experiences, including:

    - Social and communication differences (e.g. challenges with unspoken rules, masking or needing clarity and directness)

    - Sensory processing (e.g. overstimulation and stimming)

    - Emotional regulation (e.g. overwhelm, meltdowns, shutdowns and alexithymia)

    - Executive functioning (e.g. difficulty with transitions or managing multiple demands)

    - Self-concept and identity (e.g. internalised ableism, chronic masking and camouflaging or uncertainty around needs)

    - Routine (e.g. need for structure and predictability)

    - Special interests

Practical tools and strategies to support regulation, clarity and self-trust—without trying to make you more “typical.”

  • AuDHD: Living in the In-Between

You feel everything, forget everything, sense too much and do too much—or nothing at all. Your mind runs in fast-forward and freezes at the same time, navigating contradictions.

AuDHD (Autistic + ADHD neurotype) describes people who relate to both autism and ADHD—often toggling between deep focus and total shutdown, craving structure and resisting it, feeling intensely and going numb.

This journey helps you make peace with your pace, understand your needs and find strategies that work with your brain, not against it.

    We’ll explore:

What AuDHD can look like across the lifespan

Characteristics of (your) AuDHD neurotype, including:

    - Shared traits of ADHD and Autism, and conflicting needs (e.g. craving routine yet resisting it)

    - Sensory processing (e.g. overstimulation and understimulation)

    - Emotional regulation (e.g. shutdowns and meltdowns)

    - Executive functioning (e.g. task initiation, transitions, decision paralysis)

    - Social energy and masking/camouflaging fatigue (e.g. being “on” and exhausted, not knowing how much is too much)

Practical tools and support strategies that honor your complexity—centering self-trust, self-care and sustainable pacing.

  • Giftedness: Beyond Bright

You’ve always felt too much, thought too fast, cared too deeply—and still wondered if it was enough. You’ve been called intense, sensitive, overthinking or “full of potential”—yet rarely felt truly seen.

Giftedness is more than extraordinary intelligence. It’s a complex neurotype marked by depth, speed, sensitivity and drive—often misunderstood or unsupported in systems focused only on achievement.

This journey offers space to explore your profile, unpack the emotional and existential weight of being gifted and reconnect with meaning beyond achievement.

    We’ll explore:

What giftedness can look like across the lifespan

    Characteristics of (your) gifted neurotype

    Common experiences, including:

    - Emotional intensity and regulation (e.g. heightened sensitivity and emotional overwhelm)

    - Perfectionism and pressure patterns (e.g. fear of failure, imposter feelings and burnout cycles)

    - Existential and cognitive depth (e.g. meaning-seeking, moral sensitivity, questioning everything)

    - Superpowers (e.g. deep-focus interests, rapid processing, creative problem-solving)

    - Relational challenges (e.g. feeling “too much,” struggling to connect, masking for acceptance)

Practical tools and strategies to support regulation, purpose and self-compassion—centering internal validation, not just performance.
